Exceptions / non-returnable items:

NB Everything DiSC reports are personalised: 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). As are hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Gestures of goodwill

We acknowledge that errors can happen:
To be eligible for a return, your item access code must not have been activated. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. I’m a small, independent business so it’s in both of our interests to find a solution to a problem, getting you the most value from my service. 

Incorrect order
We recognise that people can make a mistake when it comes to ordering DiSC reports or digital products. Contact us immediately if you have ordered the wrong profile so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want, once the return is accepted, is usually for us at mytrainingshop to switch to another profile or digital product, charging you for an upgrade or refunding you for the difference.

Digital Downloads:

If you’ve made a genuine mistake with a download purchase. Contact us to see if we can get you an exchange or credit for the download you really want.

If there is a fault with any of our download files then contact us at help@mytrainingshop.co.uk within 30 days, so we can put it right or refund you. New rights for consumers when buying digital content - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused ie access codes not utilised, digital courses or ebooks not accessed. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Face-to-face or remote courses booked on our website:

There is a fourteen (14) day Cooling Off Period from the date your place an order for group learning or coaching in which to cancel your course or one-to-one session.  The price paid will be refunded in full, provided if:

- The cancellation is made in writing and is not more than 14 days before the course or coaching start date

- You have not accessed any benefits or utilised an access code.

Invoice terms:

Payment is due on all invoices by the date shown on the invoice. Epic credits or access codes are non-refundable once they have been issued. Your place on a course may be cancelled with no penalty when notified in writing more than 14 days prior to the course opening or start date. No refunds will be issued if less than 14 days' notice is given of cancellation. Wiley and My Traning Shop reserve the right to cancel at any time and will provide either a full refund or offer an alternative date.

Refunds:

If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
