Now I have learnt about my style (and me), I feel I can contribute my views with more conviction. Whereas previously I often compared my communications to others and sometimes held back.

Acquiring Confirmation is the one term that jumped straight into my mind following taking this assessment and receiving my report (very comprehensive).
