DiSC® for Leaders Facilitation Kit

The Everything DiSC® Work of Leaders training facilitation kit contains five 60 to 90-minute modules

Module 1 -Introduction to the Work of Leaders:

Participants are introduced to the Work of Leaders process. They also have the option to participate in the Discovering DiSC® activity.

Module 2 – Vision:

Participants are taught about the three drivers of Vision. They learn how to approach each driver and understand its significance.

Module 3 – Alignment:

In this session, participants will learn about the three drivers of Alignment. They will also discover how to approach each driver with effect.

Module 4 – Execution:

Participants are taught about the three drivers of Execution. They learn how to approach each driver.

Module 5 – Action Planning

Participants in the program will assess their strengths and challenges. They will then develop an action plan to improve their skills.

The kit includes podcasts. These podcasts are narrated by one of Wiley's Directors of Research. They help trainers understand the model more thoroughly. This prepares trainers for participant questions.
