Once Steve from My Training Shop had switched my report to Catalyst, free of charge, I was able to add myself to the organisation's group I was delivering DISC training to. Reports were pulled up at the drop of a hat, making the session so interactive and action-oriented. Brilliant tool!
Having just completed a leadership programme where we incorporated the DiSC® for Leaders report, the Group Trainer/Facilitator Report proved to be an absolute boon! It not only guided us in structuring the session but also provided clear visuals we could share with participants. Very quick and professional service
Having delivered EQ training in the past. On this occasion, I wanted to incorporate DISC. I didn't imagine that Agile EQ was even an option, which fitted the brief perfectly! The facilitation kit did it all the work for me, just a few adaptions and I was ready to deliver and meet the client's needs! Better still it can be used repeatedly- such a great investment.

I gained a great deal from this report and was impressed by how well it aligned with my characteristics. One of the key insights for me was the need to be more open to sharing my bold ideas and to focus more on taking risks to create a strong vision. I recognise that I need to work on building my confidence, as I often hold back some of my more unconventional thoughts. This report has reinforced the importance of moving forward and speaking up more assertively.
