EPIC platform
You will need an EPIC account to connect and manage your Catalyst platform. For which a one-off fee is applied. .Once you have an EPIC subaccount the currency is 'credits', making things easy should you need to add learners or purchase other Wiley products including WORKSMART.
Whilst DISC Workplace is often delivered by an Authorized Partner or certified trainer. WORKSMART'S hour-long, solution-based learning sessions to managers are designed to be delivered internally.
Your internal L & D will be well-positioned to teach managers how to apply DiSC concepts to WORKSMART's Topics/modules.
However, if your organisation does not have the internal capability to deliver training, you can apply to outsource it.

DiSC on Catalyst
If you have not already, start with Everything DiSC Workplace on Catalyst learning, where you will understand how powerful the DiSC model is and be able to apply its concepts with each individual across your team/organisation.
If there is not a DiSC-certified or experienced trainer within your organisation, you can readily outsource DiSC on Catalyst learning

Purchase at 15 credits per learner for DiSC Workplace on Catalyst =15 credits per = £65.00 (approx) per learner. Facilitation not included.
Once you have access to Workplace on Catalyst, you can add WORKSMART for an extra 20 EPIC credits (per learner) for all 5 Topics/Modules.
