We’re thrilled with our decision to choose the online version of DiSC. Catalyst is incredibly intuitive, allowing us to quickly access team member profiles at the touch of a button, making it easy to prepare for meetings or any other necessary interactions.

I gained a great deal from this report and was impressed by how well it aligned with my characteristics. One of the key insights for me was the need to be more open to sharing my bold ideas and to focus more on taking risks to create a strong vision. I recognise that I need to work on building my confidence, as I often hold back some of my more unconventional thoughts. This report has reinforced the importance of moving forward and speaking up more assertively.

Loved this assessment report and the learning. I was immediately able to identify my own areas of effective emotional intelligence. The learning suggested the aspects I need to take responsibility for and make changes.
