Classroom or virtual facilitation
The Everything DiSC on Catalyst Facilitation Kit provides facilitators with great additional support. It offers a short-format, modular design and includes virtual and in-person facilitation options. This allows facilitators to tailor the experience to meet the specific needs of each client.
Modules and estimated times:
The Fundamentals Module 1 is a 60-minute classroom or 65-minute virtual session. Your DiSC® Style. It focuses on understanding your DiSC® Style. Participants will explore the DiSC® model and review the Everything DiSC map. They will learn about their DiSC styles and engage in discussions to gain personalised insights.
In the Fundamentals Module 2. (30 minutes classroom/20 minutes virtual): Your Colleagues
Participants learn about each other on the Catalyst platform. They work in pairs to find each other on the "Your Colleagues" page. They discuss how their continua results affect their relationships and discover new ways to collaborate.
The Workplace Module 1 is a 75-minute classroom or 70-minute virtual session. What Drives You
In this module, participants will explore their workplace priorities, motivators, and stressors. They also learn how their style compares to others and discover strategies to improve their effectiveness at work.
Workplace Module 2 (75 minutes classroom/60 minutes virtual): You and Other Styles
In this module, participants will learn about the DiSC model. They will use videos and engage in discussions to better understand their colleagues. They will also explore how they react to different DiSC styles and gain insights into their relationships with colleagues based on their DiSC style.
Workplace Module 3 (60 minutes classroom/55 minutes virtual): Build Better Relationships
Participants in this stage of the DiSC program learn from others who have successfully bridged their differences. They learn how to build more effective relationships at work by reviewing tips for working with colleagues based on their DiSC style. They also engage in discussions on how to improve relationships with people of all styles.
In addition to baseline DiSC, Agile EQ and Management on DiSC® are also included in this kit.

Everything DiSC® Agile EQ on Catalyst™
Agile EQ Module 1 (45 minutes classroom/40 minutes virtual): Your EQ Strengths
Participants learn about their emotional intelligence strengths and the core needs that motivate them. They also explore ways to utilise their strengths in different ways.
Agile EQ Module 2 (95 minutes classroom/100 minutes virtual): Beyond Your Comfort Zone.
Participants learn about Agile EQ mindsets and why it's important to step out of their comfort zones. They use personalised insights, videos, and discussions to explore new ways of handling social and emotional situations.
Agile EQ Module 3 (60 minutes classroom/60 minutes virtual): Develop Your EQ
Participants can develop their emotional intelligence by taking steps such as exploring anticipated difficulties in stretching to new mindsets, choosing a mindset to work on, and creating an action plan for becoming more agile.
Everything DiSC® Management on Catalyst:
Management helps you learn how to become a better manager with DiSC®. Participants learn about their management tendencies. They also learn about the needs of the people they manage. And how they can adapt their approach to be more effective.
Discovering insights into personal management styles. Learning when and how to flex to meet the needs of others. The use of DiSC to help guide, direct and delegate, create a motivating environment and develop talent.

Classroom Facilitation Guides for Fundamentals. Workplace, Agile EQ, and Management modules are available in MS Word and can be customised. Similarly, the Virtual Facilitation Guides for these modules are also customisable in Microsoft Word.
PowerPoint® decks are provided for each classroom and virtual module, which can be customised as well. Participant handouts are available for both classroom and virtual sessions.
A Programme Guide is included to assist with session planning. Online research and resources are accessible, including sample reports, posters, templates, and other detailed product information.
As a facilitator of DiSC, the message is clear each time I implement it within a team. You can see how individuals come to realise that they can approach others differently, in a way that minimises friction. Huge thanks to Sian at My Training Shop for the support I have received too.

Having already been an organisational avid disc advocate, Following consultation with Sian, it was agreed we would transfer to Catalyst. A sound decision as we now have our own in-house DISC platform which has helped enrich our disc culture even more so.
