        Yes, certification is available through Wiley for those wanting to become credentialed Everything DiSC® facilitators. The certification program provides in-depth training on the DiSC® model, customising programs, and facilitating using the reports and materials.

        FAQ@s on DiSCDo I need certification to purchase and use Everything DiSC® profiles?

        No, certification is not required to administer the Everything DiSC® assessments and reports. As an authorised partner, here at My Training Shop we can supply the profiles ( guidance if required) for experienced trainers, coaches, and consultants without certification.

        FAQ@s on DiSCWhat if someone gets an extra priority style in their report?

        Approximately one-third of respondents will have a fourth or fifth priority style included in their report, indicated by shaded lines. This is normal and simply shows they have priorities outside the typical three styles surrounding their primary style.

        FAQ@s on DiSCWhich Everything DiSC® profile is best for my situation?

        The best profile depends on your specific goals - improving workplace relationships, leadership development, sales, emotional intelligence, conflict management, etc. The Workplace profile is a great general starting point to understand DiSC styles.

        While major shifts are unlikely, some minor changes in where your dot plots on the DiSC map can occur, especially after major life events or if you've had to flex into other styles frequently for your role.
