I gained a great deal from this report and was impressed by how well it aligned with my characteristics. One of the key insights for me was the need to be more open to sharing my bold ideas and to focus more on taking risks to create a strong vision. I recognise that I need to work on building my confidence, as I often hold back some of my more unconventional thoughts.
