What is emotional intelligence?
Emotional intelligence is the ability to recognise, understand, and manage our own emotions, at the same time those of others. It's about understanding how those emotions can impact behaviour and how to use our reactions to guide thinking and problem solving. Emotional intelligence is important because it helps us connect with others, build strong relationships, and manage difficult situations. With strong emotional intelligence, we can better navigate life, handle stress, and work towards our successes.
How?
This 12 page report will help Individuals realise their own styles and tendencies. They will be challenged to understand their own mindsets and of those of others. Strategies are provided to help participants reach out of their comfort zone. Then taking action on what they have learnt. The teachings offer guidance on where to focus efforts and to improve these skills on a practical level.

DiSC® stands
for Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Conscientiousness.
It was first created by Dr. William Marston, a physiological psychologist in his book ‘Emotions of Normal People' in 1928. Over the years, his findings were built upon and gradually evolved until today, when they now form a four-stage process called ‘DiSC®’. Obviously this is then defined into more defined categories with some overlapping..
