Its important to note that the demand for an agile work place previous to COVID - 19 was extremely high. Since which the attributes of emotional intelligence are thought to have now become a prerequisite for reasons of economic, social and environmental.
We have worked hard at changing our delivery method by moving towards offering our service in a way that offers more in the way of learning touch points yet no physical touch points. Rather than what was previously facilitated in the classroom we now conducted remotely utilising a blended learning approach. Embedding more time slots than previous in reduced time.
Benefits include less impact on your valuable time, reducing administration, reserving a room etc. Yet on the same hand learners will benefit from these increased touch points. With this practice we are already seeing that this new way of delivery is carrying a more positive impact for learners. Moving on from a 'Once Done' approach to ‘Return to Learn’ providing shorter interaction times yet with more regularity.
