The best decision we have made when it comes to DiSC professional development. We took advantage of the current free upgrade offer and now transferred many of our employees to the Catalyst platform. Intuitive and easy to access, our people can now access their reports and compare them to their colleagues at any stage.

Now I have learnt about my style (and me), I feel I can contribute my views with more conviction. Whereas previously I often compared my communications to others and sometimes held back.

I loved how this report gave me an insight into how other people are likely seeing me. As an over-thinker, this is something that has always bothered me. I now actually feel more confident in who I am as a person - thank you!

Acquiring Confirmation is the one term that jumped straight into my mind following taking this assessment and receiving my report (very comprehensive). Upon reading about most of my traits (and recognising myself) I found it so reassuring to learn not only about me but how other people can be different and why. This is a sentence that stood out and one that I will be acting upon: 'When you express your passion, others become more committed'

Far from feeling labelled, seeing my disc report instantly gave me a sense of relief and empowerment at the same time.
