To enable these reports to be generated, you must have purchased a minimum of two DiSC profiles from us to be included in the report.. Exception: supplemental data report, which is designed for consultants/trainers. / coaches to go deeper into an individual DISC report.

If you have purchased DiSC reports from us previously, then upload your participant list, containing the Names and Email addresses they entered at the time of taking their assessment.
