How?

Once you have ordered the number of places/report types required for your needs, you can choose to upload a document listing all names and email addresses before adding to the cart or let us know later.

TIP: if ordering any options eg EPIC Admin Account + Catalyst Base, , EPIC Admin + Catalyst Base etc. You can then add Catalyst base numbers in accordance to the numbers in your team by then selecting Catalyst Base option. If you have also ordered any additions, you can indicate which individual / individuals this is for via your upload or in notes in the cart. NB Once you have a Catalyst account any additions can be added at any stage in the future. 

NB it is a requirement to have a Catalyst Base learner profile account in order to have an EPIC admin Account.

We will then set up your Catalyst account under your organisation's name. From there, we will contact you to confirm and provide further details.

Then we will forward access codes to your participants in order for them to take their questionnaires and login details for your organisation's DiSC on Catalyst Platform; following which they will automatically see their DiSC reports along with the others' in the group.  Unless advised otherwise.....

If, for some reason, a participant wishes to keep their profiles private, they can do this in the settings.

Wiley's Everything DiSC Workplace Assessment has over 40 years of research behind it. which serves as the starting point for Catalyst to understand individual behaviour in the workplace. From here, you can request to add DiSC® Agile EQ,  DiSC® Management or both, should you wish at any stage in the future.

At the point of handover, you will be guided on how to use the EPIC platform (if applicable) along with Catalyst instructions. Catalyst is truly intuitive to use.

How to order

For one or more participants:

1 A) Add the number of team members to the cart (DiSC on Catalyst Base)  

For singular purchase or more than one participant:

1 B) Add any of the 'addons' (on the drop-down)  examples: Catalyst Base + WORKSMART + EPIC ACCOUNT (only if you wish to administrate more participants). Further options: EPIC Account + Worksmart + Catalyst Base.  AGILE EQ -  MANAGEMENT. NB you can choose addons at any stage in the future.

For more than one participant:

2 A) Upload your document with all participants' names and email addresses  (or let us know this later)

2 B) If applicable, indicate the individual you have ordered an EPIC account, WORKSMART or/or Agile EQ or/or Management (if applicable) 

3) Once the order is processed, access codes have been sent, and the assessments have been taken,  all participants will then be automatically entered into your Catalyst account.
