In the first instance, we will collaborate to examine your personality traits and translate them to the workplace. Thus providing us with the platform to look at shaping your performance going forward. Importantly Everything DiSC is not a scoring or measuring tool. By using the principle: Vision - Alignment - Execution we will work together to achieve the following leadership coaching goals:
Session one: Undertake your own leadership personality-based assessment
Session two: Two-way interaction with your coach where your personal report will be translated in more detail
Session Three: A consultation to establish your marketing goals
The 5 months following: twice-monthly coaching/mentoring sessions

The cost of month one is £395.00 (includes the Everything DiSC Assessment and personal one to one feedback) triggered by adding to cart.
This cost of Month two is £295.00 and will be pre-payable and invoiced towards the end of month one (4 week period)
Months 3, 4, 5 and 6
Two separate one hour sessions will be a continuation of the momentum built and will be centric to your needs. The cost for months 3,4 and 5 will be £295 each month (4 weekly) and will be payable at the end of month two.
End to end this process will be like having a companion by your side, importantly someone that is on your side.
How will all this happen?
1) Simply add to cart and purchase (for month one – sessions one and two)
2) You will receive an everything disc login independent to you, this usually happens within the next 24 hours
3) You undertake your personality profiling questions (full guidance included)
4) We will be in touch with you to arrange our 1st telephone or online meeting where your assessment will be further examined.
5) You will identify any specific issues that you may be faced with
6) Consecutive twice-monthly coaching session dates will be agreed upon
