Like all things relating to Everything DISC® assessments by world-renowned Wiley, their ‘Work of Leaders' profile is based on research. A lot! rooted in psychology and research. To create this profile they worked with 350 business leaders across 150 different organisation’s over four years.
Since the 1920s, the DiSC model has evolved and expanded into a multi-faceted learning solution designed to deliver personalised insights that foster engagement and collaboration in today’s ever-changing workplace. This coupled with hands-on experience and a passion to help businesses improve creates a coaching experience like no other! 

How?

By implementing a return to learn and grow ethos, once your personality assessment has been conducted we will then come together in a confidential manner. In the first instance, we will collaborate to examine your personality traits and translate them to the workplace. Thus providing us with the platform to look at shaping your performance going forward. Importantly Everything DiSC is not a scoring or measuring tool. It is more about personalised and demand lead learning, where no judgments are made in preference to identifying powerful methods of communication to go forward with:

Learning outcomes: 

By using the principle: Vision - Alignment - Execution we will work together to achieve the following leadership coaching goals:

Session one: Undertake your own leadership personality-based assessment

Session two: Two-way interaction with your coach where your personal report will be translated in more detail

Session Three: A consultation to establish your marketing  goals

The 5 months following: twice-monthly coaching/mentoring sessions

Our work together will be based around the overall Everything DISC® process that has been designed specifically for those at the top to get tangible results and the teams you work with.

What’s included?
Month One:
  • You will conduct an Everything DISC® questionnaire to develop a 23 Page Work of Leaders profile. This DiSC assessment will be broken down into 3 fundamental roles all leaders will understand and have no-doubt experienced, namely:
    1. Creating a VISION
    2. Building ALIGNMENT to that Vision
    3. Championing the EXECUTION of the vision.
  • A one-hour online session where we work on decoding your personal assessment. The basis of which will provide the foundation for future coaching sessions and where we identify any specific hurdles to work on that you may be facing.

The cost of month one is £395.00 (includes the Everything DiSC Assessment and personal one to one feedback) triggered by adding to cart.

Month Two

  • Two separate one-hour Mentoring and guidance sessions aimed at accountability and progress

This cost of Month two is £295.00 and will be pre-payable and invoiced towards the end of month one (4 week period)

Months 3, 4, 5 and 6
Two separate one hour sessions will be a continuation of the momentum built and will be centric to your needs. The cost for months 3,4 and 5 will be £295 each month (4 weekly) and will be payable at the end of month two.
End to end this process will be like having a companion by your side, importantly someone that is on your side.

How will all this happen?

  • Questionnaire assessment is completed online by you
  • Your personal profile will act as a foundation for future coaching sessions
  • Coaching calls are online via Zoom/Skype or other
  • Payments £395 online via the payment portal or by telephone for month one (sessions 1 and 2)
    £295 per month x 5 months                          

How do I book

1) Simply add to cart and purchase (for month one – sessions one and two)
2) You will receive an everything disc login independent to you, this usually happens within the next 24 hours
3) You undertake your personality profiling questions (full guidance included)
Following which:
4) We will be in touch with you to arrange our 1st telephone or online meeting where your assessment will be further examined.
5) You will identify any specific issues that you may be faced with
6) Consecutive twice-monthly coaching session dates will be agreed upon
