We wholeheartedly believe in the power of the Everything DISC® model and are eager to share more about it and work in consultation with you. We don't do hurdles. While everyone is working out how to jump them we go around them!
Leadership coaching questions
By mapping your own personality onto a series of behavioural continua, it helps to support you through all stages of the leadership process.
Like all things relating to the Everything DISC® assessment by world-renowned Wiley, their ‘Work of Leaders' profile is based on research. A lot! is rooted in psychology and research.
DiSC Test
To create this profile Wiley worked with 350 business leaders across 150 different organisations over four years.
Since the 1920s, the DiSC model has evolved and expanded into a multi-faceted learning solution designed to deliver personalized insights that foster engagement and collaboration. Helpful in today’s ever-changing workplace. This coupled with a coach's hands-on experience and a passion to help businesses creates a coaching experience like no other!

Our work together will be based around the overall Everything DISC® process that has been designed specifically for those at the top to get tangible results and the teams you work with.
With such a wide-ranging data sample, Wiley developed a set of leadership best practices across a range of industries. The real benefit of this particular profile is that it focuses on how your style influences your effectiveness. Rather than just looking at those interactions between people, it covers a whole spectrum of situations. Everything DISC® is less about generics and instead works with your own individual style.
Learning
You learn about your comfort zone and where that ends with suggestions on how to move out of it as and when the situation demands. NB this is not about compromising your values.
DiSC Trainer
The assessment could be viewed as the language of personality; from here we will work together in a confidential manner utilising your individual report as a basis. By examining the why’s – the how’s and what next’ model we can collaborate on a plan of a ‘how to do things' strategy'.

Schedule
All mentoring sessions include the assessment
Month One:
- You will conduct an Everything DISC® questionnaire to develop a 23 Page Work of Leaders profile. This DiSC assessment will be broken down into 3 fundamental roles all leaders will understand and have no doubt come across them
- A 1-hour 30-minute online or telephone session will see us decoding your personal assessment. The basis of this will provide the foundation for future coaching sessions by identifying any specific hurdles you may be facing.
Month Two
- Two separate 1-hour Mentoring sessions aimed at accountability and progress
Months 3 - 6
Two separate 1-hour sessions as a continuation of the previous momentum built and will be run centric to your needs.
Outcomes:
- Discover your DiSC® style.
- Understand Others Styles and How Best to Interact.
- Build More Effective Relationships.
- Achieve improved Vision - Alignment - Execution.
- Highly effective action plan and strategies.
- Improved conflict resolution skills.
Remember you will be doing much of the teaching!
How
1) Simply add to cart to purchase an assessment and coaching session/s
2) Within 24 hours (working week) you will receive an everything disc login.
3) We will then be in touch to arrange our 1st telephone or online meeting
4) Second and consequent coaching sessions will be agreed upon

Very quick and professional service
Having delivered EQ training in the past. On this occasion, I wanted to incorporate DISC. I didn't imagine that Agile EQ was even an option, which fitted the brief perfectly!
