DiSC conflict resolution

I was taken back how accurate my report was. Absolutely thought provoking how it unveiled elements of my personality that I tend to keep under wraps.

We have purchased 4 individual DISC assessments so far and have been really pleased with the content and feedback given.

Having delivered EQ training in the past. On this occasion, I wanted to incorporate DISC. I didn't imagine that Agile EQ was even an option, which fitted the brief perfectly! The facilitation kit did it all the work for me, just a few adaptions and I was ready to deliver and meet the client's needs! Better still it can be used repeatedly- such a great investment.

This report is truly an eye opener. As I studied the comprehensive information about myself I came to realise how I can identify different people and how to approach them in ways that they will likely respond best to

Reports are organised according to various teams and we can distribute access codes as required. Sian was so helpful in setting this up for us and is on hand on the occasions we have needed advice.
