Or you can purchase this at a later stage but be mindful that you will require this in time for your certification training start date: The  DiSC on Catalyst Facilitator Kit as for all DiSC trainer kit includes trainer notes, slides and videos.

While certification is not a requirement to bring Everything DiSC to an organisation. Completing this enlightening course signifies a proven capability and expertise in Everything DiSC profiles and research. Participants receive the Everything DiSC Certification

Certification helps facilitators become more confident and competent in using engaging content about the DiSC® model. It provides strategies for delivering a customised learning experience and offers insights for handling difficult classroom situations.

Participants will not only gain the credentials and expertise needed to deliver Everything DiSC Workplace on Catalyst but also gain the skills needed to help foster an engaged, collaborative culture, knowledgeable in the language of DiSC.

Once purchased you will receive confirmation, followed by immediate access to Wiley's, learning platform, where you can familiarise yourself and begin your online learning as a pre requisite for the face to face interactions of which there will be four over the two week period.

By completing the Everything DiSC® Certification, SHRM credential holders can earn 20 professional development credits (PDCs) from the Society for Human Resource Management. Additionally, participants from other professional organisations can request a letter from Wiley. This letter confirms course completion, provides course information, and specifies the number of hours spent on the course. You can then use this letter to apply for CEUs at other professional organisations. While it cannot be guaranteed credit acceptance, it is a great opportunity to potentially earn additional credits and enhance your professional development.

We must mention that: There is no requirement to obtain Wiley's official certification. Reports are presented in a straightforward and easy-to-understand manner, with practical facilitator tips. Designed to assist experienced trainers or coaches.

• Familiarisation with the full Everything DiSC application suite.
• Practice facilitation and coaching techniques while receiving feedback in a safe environment.
• Gain access to the online Everything DiSC Training Centre, expand DiSC® knowledge and increase confidence in maximising the benefits of using Everything DiSC.
• Ongoing access to Wiley’s online training centre which includes course content and the ability to connect with fellow Practitioners and Wiley’s education specialists.

Format & how

Blended learning. wo week duration, online study combined with four online face to face sessions. Simply add to cart Purchase and choose a start date to suit you. 

DiSC® Certified Practitioner Schedule:   

Instructor-led sessions combined with self-directed online. You will need to be able to commit to:

• 2-weeks; Immersive learning
• 2 live sessions each week
  
• Session durations vary between 2 and 4 hours
• Final Certification Exam to measure understanding of the key Everything DiSC concepts (a passing score of 80% is required)

Participants are required to own an Everything DiSC® Catalyst™ facilitation kit.
