Once that’s complete, Worksmart becomes available directly within your Catalyst profile.

Each topic comes with a focused, one-hour, once-done training session. These can either be facilitated by your in-house learning and development professional or can be self-taught, provided the manager possesses sound knowledge of the DiSC model. Alternatively, you can engage a certified DiSC facilitator. These aren’t theoretical lectures discussing abstract concepts. They’re practical, engaging modules designed for immediate application.

A: Absolutely. Each module takes approximately one hour and can be completed as needed. Managers can tackle modules in any order based on their current challenges.

A: It's early days since the launch of  Worksmart, so we don’t have any firm data to share at this stage; however, many managers are reporting immediate improvements in specific situations after completing relevant modules.
