Our work together will be based around the overall Everything DISC® process that has been designed specifically for those at the top to get tangible results and the teams you work with.
With such a wide-ranging data sample, Wiley developed a set of leadership best practices across a range of industries. The real benefit of this particular profile is that it focuses on how your style influences your effectiveness. Rather than just looking at those interactions between people, it covers a whole spectrum of situations. Everything DISC®, is less about generics and instead works with your own individual style.
You learn about your comfort zone and where that ends with suggestions on how to move out of it as and when the situation demands. NB this is not about compromising your values.
The assessment could be viewed as the language of personality; from here we will work together in a confidential manner utilizing your individual report as a basis. By examining the why’s – the how’s and what next’ model we can collaborate on a plan of a ‘how to do things strategy'.

Two separate 1-hour sessions as a continuation of the previous momentum built and will be run centric to your needs.
Remember you will be doing much of the teaching

2) Within 24 hours (working week) you will receive an everything disc login independent to you
3) We will then be in touch to arrange our 1st telephone or online meeting
4) Second and consequent coaching sessions will be agreed upon
NB it is possible to add extra mentoring session at a later date if you don't purchase at commencement.
